Cattery Suites & Rates

At Hillview Cattery, we ensure your fur baby has the best cat boarding experience. Our custom-built luxury cattery located 20 min from the Surf Coast, 80 minutes from the Melbourne CBD and just over 30 minutes from Geelong, aims to provide a stress-free, comfortable and welcoming space for your kitty to rest, relax and get all the attention they deserve whilst you are away.

All of our suites are multi-level, with plenty of room for our feline guest to relax, play and sleep. Each suite has access to the outdoors with privacy divider screens to help your cat feel safe and secure.

Our luxury cat accommodations offer:

• Sleeping igloo
• Bowls, placemats and private covered litter box
• Individual undercover outdoor areas are accessible through an individual cat flap where our cat guests can have a scratch on a log or just laze about on their own seat.

GST

GST is payable on all services provided.

One Cat in a Standard single indoor/outdoor garden Suite

$33.00 per night (including GST) for less than 3 nights

$29.70 per night (including GST) for 3 nights or more

Two cats in a Double indoor/outdoor garden Suite

$57.90 per night (including GST) for less than 3 nights

$53.90 per night (including GST) for 3 nights or more

Three cats in Colony indoor/outdoor garden Suite

$78.60 per night (including GST) for less than 3 nights

$72.60 per night (including GST) for 3 nights or more

Four or more cats

We can accommodate up to six cats from the one family in our Colony Suites. Price on application. Please contact Jayne at Hillview for more information.

Long Term Boarding

Long-term boarding is available for stays over 28 nights. The following discounts apply:

29 – 42 nights: 10% off our standard daily rate.

43 – 63 nights: 15% off our standard daily rate.

64 – 84 nights: 20% off our standard daily rate.

Over 84 nights: price on application taking into account seasonal considerations.

Medications

Unlike many other boarding facilities, we do not charge to administer standard medications to your pet, provided they can be administered during our usual business hours (8.00 am – 6.00 pm). If we are required to administer medications outside of our usual business hours (e.g., insulin injections or other medications required to be given 12 hours), a fee of $4.00 per day per pet (including GST) will apply.

How we calculate your fees

You pay for the NIGHTS you book, not the nights you stay. (Refer to Terms & Conditions)

Payments

Payments for services are usually payable at check-in. For reservations of 14 nights or more and at peak periods (we define Peak as Christmas, Easter and School Holidays) at our discretion, we usually also require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, which is deducted from your final account at check-in. For your convenience, EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available at no extra charge. We also accept cash. Cheques can only be accepted by prior arrangement.
